How You Can Pay Simple Telecom
Learn about the payment methods accepted by Simple Telecom — Credit Card, Paypal, Direct Debit, and Direct Deposit. Prepaid accounts get a 10% discount.
Simple Telecom prefers Credit Card. We support Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. However we also support:
- Paypal — Pay quickly and securely via your PayPal account
- Direct Debit — From Credit Card or Bank Accounts
- Direct Deposit — Manual bank transfer
How Billing Works
Simple Telecom will generate invoices on the 1st of each month and email them to you (Postpaid Accounts).
Simple Telecom will invite you to make payment immediately, and remind you when your balance is running low (Prepaid Accounts). The Prepaid platform is automated. So, if your card does not work — please do not be surprised when the Simple Telecom system turns off your services. It's nothing personal, it's just automated that way.
Prepaid Accounts
Prepaid is the best option for everyone. You (the customer) get a 10% discount. We get paid immediately. Win-Win.
We can manage our bad debt to the extent of offering such a huge discount for the pleasure of not having to chase payments.
Postpaid Accounts
If you aren't interested in the 10% discount, we do offer a postpaid invoice style account type. We will email the invoice to you on the 1st of the month, and collect from your credit card or bank account on the 12th each month.
